Hi,
over the past few weeks I’ve done quite a bit of research and now I’d like to build a small home server. The goal is a compact Mini-ITX system that can run 24/7 (we’ll see). I’m planning to use the server for the following:

Soon:
Nextcloud (backups, files, PDFs) -> move away from Google
Immich (photos) -> Google Photos replacement
A Minecraft server for about 10 people with many mods

Later:
Home Assistant, mail server
Jellyfin

Current configuration:
Drives: 2× Seagate Skyhawk 4 TB SATA -> to run in RAID 1
SSD: Kioxia Exceria G2 1 TB NVMe (system + containers)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600GT, 6C/12T, 3.6–4.4GHz, boxed
RAM: Lexar Thor Dark Grey 32 GB DDR4-3200 CL16
Mainboard: ASRock B550M-ITX/ac
Case: Fractal Design Node 304 (Mini-ITX)
Power supply: be quiet! SFX Power 3 450 W -> would that still be enough for a small GPU for Jellyfin?

Does this setup make sense, or is it major overkill for my needs? I also plan to let some friends host their own Nextcloud instances on it later.
I’d prefer to stick with the Mini-ITX form factor since I don’t have much space.
Thanks for your advice.

I am telling you right now 32GB for many mods, it isnt enough, only if you know how to not use much, we have around 68 mods and just with one we are on 18GB just standing on one place, well and new chunks, we cant fly in them, so maybe you will need more, but it may be different for you
