there should be four LEDs, one of which has lit up. Can you figure out what the text next to the orange LED is? that would help a lot

something is wrong with ram, try to boot with only one stick in 2nd slot from the right

if it still lights up then shut it down and swap to the other stick

if still not good after that then take out cpu and check if pins are bent

its a RAM issue yes. slot it into A2 and B2 and let it sit

the ram may not be auto compatible with the mobo so it may have to do DDR5 training
