if you use blocket.se you can find a 4070 ti for around 4.5k kroner
unsure if there's any other used online marketplaces in sweden
you can easily haggle this down to 4.5k and they have a buyer protection thingie unsure what it's called in sweden

Also that 4070 I linked has a thing where after getting the 4070 you have 24hrs go inspect it and see if it's fine before the money goes to the seller

AMD doesn't handle ram speeds over 6000 very well
it will either run fine but will run slower than 6000mt/s or it'll be completely unstable just depends on the bin of ur cpu
but overal 6400mt/s isn't recommended for AMD whatsoever
