#$600 build need general advice
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
most of the games i paly arent too heavy load either. im not playing any crazy hard to run AAA games. usually competive shooters and those tend to be easier to run
i also play rust i dont know if it could run that so if anyone knows id love to know. thanks!
i can go a bit out of budget but id like it to be under $700 and would prefer to not oay much more. but if i have to pay 700 to significantly improve the build i have no problem doing it
pls @ me if you respond. Thanks!
So you can get a 5600 for about 70
B450 mobo for 40-70
7800xt for 450
32gb ddr4 60
Corsair cx750 for 70 (new)
Also you can find used 7800xts for even cheaper
From what I looked at
So start at those specs and work from there, if you struggle, go with an Rx7700xt
https://a.co/d/5leVxJJ this is much better then the rx 6400 for like 20$ more
do you think i should go for a used gpu? would a used 1650 super be good?
Scratch that get the rtx 3050 low profile for 189$ https://a.co/d/e5Q8HlY
Or get the 8gb model for slightly more
alright, thanks!
I mean the rtx 3050 6 gb is only better by 5% on average if you want to save money then the 1650 super will do just fine but the better card is the rtx 3050 6gb or the 8gb variant
i think ill do the 1650 super than. i dont play too intensive games anyways
thanks for the help everyoen!
This bundle is cheaper then your cpu motherboard pickhttps://a.co/d/6Xeg674
@queen nimbus I think this is cheaper to build with this you'll be in am5 in the new socket
what is am5?
So the system you were building was am4 the parts I listed was am5 its just because its newer generation of cpu' and with this you can future proof your build
And i saw your part picker list you forgot storage
TEAMGROUP MP44L 2TB SLC Cache NVMe 1.4 PCIe Gen 4x4 M.2 2280 Laptop&Desktop SSD (R/W Speed up to 4800/4400MB/s) TM8FPK002T0C101 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B9Y48V73?psc=1&ref_=cm_sw_r_apin_ct_116T9MJN44AV7KYKDXKV&language=en-US
i have this
https://a.co/d/c4ON4ZM this is cheaper and faster
You gotta do more research before you purchase
https://a.co/d/eEoE4zG this storage is around the same price you gave me and its even faster
It's on sale
When you buy ssds you gotta look at the reads and write speeds before you hit buy the higher the speeds the better
And before you buy go research on YouTube to look at the cpu and gpu benchmark performance look up the name of the cpu and gpu on YouTube and put benchmark at the end before your done typing then look at the results and see if it matches the fps that you would want
alright i got it. thanks!
Ok hope i helped sorry if i didn't
you did!
