I WANT TO ADD MORE FAN ON TOP (THREE FANS ALLOWED) would it make it cooler???

ANY UPGRADES I SHOULD DO

Also would it be better I get a bigger case with more FANS allowed for better air flow to cool
I run around 68-75s degree for GPU on cod

Would it also BE possible to TAKE all the Parts off the pc and switch to a Better case ???
