I am a music producer, and content creator. My current laptop freezes and uses time to load samples. This brings me out of the zone. I have a budget of $3000. I was thinking about going with the Ryzen 9950X3D? It is important that the build keeps pretty quiet as it will be used in a studio with sensitive microphones. I also need plenty storage. I was thinking 2TB main ssd, and 4tb samples and project SSD. I don't really know a lot about PC components, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

AN KF CPU is a big no no for productiv work

And im sure theres productivity workloads the DO profit from it

For my own use, it just was not neccesary

And i think for our fella its gonna be OK

That's the thing about most music software. Each track uses one thread. So of I need a lot of processing in large projects I am dependent on high single core performance

I also need to do 4k content in davinci resolve do i don't know what GPU would work there
