1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
do u have different ram kits installed
Its the same kit of ram, 2 sticks. Ive tried reseating both of them in all different ram slots
Its 6000mhz if that matters
Oh no i dont got spare ddr 5
with t force delta and kingston fury
It all worked fine yesterday tho
move your ram over to the other two slots, you have your ram in the wrong slots
yeah
it should be in slots 2 and 4
try 2 and 4
reseat the CPU
You crazy 😭
u cant even boot to bios right?
Nothing else i can try before tearing it all apart?
No screen output at all
thats fked up
It also doesnt turn on the keybord
Its still off when pc is on
I did a windows update yesterday, but i played some after the update and then turned pff my pc. Now it wont boot
Is this the cmos battery? Can i take it out?
Ive tried like everything now
Besides ripping out the cpu
Could you help me with this? What do i unscrew? Can i do it without reapplying thermalpaste? Do i have to rip of the cooler aswell?
take off the cooler, yes
though hold on
you said it was working yesterday, but now it’s not?
Yes
Then it’s not a hardware issue most likely
so you needn’t- well too late
that’s fine
Its back on
What do i do
If i short theese when its powered on does that clear the cmos?
yes
while the pc is off tho
did u fix it? @buoyant ridge
Nope. Ive tried everythihng almost
I swapped the aio out and it didnt work
the last option is to give ur pc to a computer service
if u already tried everything
i really dont understand what the problem is
i mean i heard about the windows update that fries ssd's
but
in your situation its not that
even the ssd is fried u have to boot to bios or screen with text "no bootable device"
when i installed my 2 different kits of ram
i kinda had the same problem
i mean it took like 5-10 minutes to boot
also the cpu light was on on the mb
but after all it boot up
u dont have spare ddr5 ram to try with them
