post disk management
is it a new installed drive, or one you've had
it may be a faulty drive if its new, it should be visible in disk management
it also shows in bios
install and open crystal disk info
dosent show in the kingston ssd manager
wat
if its not showing up in windows then check the bios if its set to AHCI if it is RMA the ssd
what do i do in crystal disk info now?
show me
nothing is loading?
what did you say you installed
wrong app?
ya think
oh that was crystalmarkretro
yes
this is the m.2 not loading
o yea it fucked
so warranty?
yes
how do i get that?
you could try to reseat it
how?
plug it out then back in
yea RMA it
whats Rma?
use the warranty
yea ask support there
I wonder if its due to that windows 11 update.....
i use w10
then as said above... bad drive or bad connection...
