This might be an SSD problem, but it's impossible to say for sure. Post a list of all your parts and specs, and if you can, do a disk repair:

1: type CMD into the search window and open Command Prompt as an administrator
2: run chkdsk /f to attempt to fix any corruption on the boot drive
3: run sfc /scannow to attempt to fix corrupted Windows files

if either of the above commands say something like "could not be fixed", that's your problem right there
