Missing disk after a restart and PC shutdown in game

2 problems, first off my game disk (samsung 990 pro 4tb) since 2 weeks ago sometimes has just disapeared no where to be seen not even in bios only way is to power off and unplug PC to fix, status is 100%, no errors and diagnostic scans are all fine newest firmware what could be causing this?
second problem is my PC just completely shuts off when playing jedi fallen order, no warming just poof, ive checked with hwinfo open no temperatures reach anything unnormal, latest drivers on gpu too. i first thought it might be my semi new PSU but the jedi game is the only one it happens with and is less demanding then games like cyberpunk with RT that i play, could it be game specific?
both of these ive been unable to find good info about on the web. im on windows 10 latest update.
