If you go to c:\users, do you see the files under whatever account name you have?

Oh awesome - you should ALWAYS share what you did to fix it so others aren't left wondering why there's now a post in #1027757333117415424 with absolutely zero context. Otherwise, it kind of defeats the purpose of having a shared community driven tech support platform. 🙂
