I can run these games on my ryzen 5 5500u apu just fine on 1080p
Maybe not 200 fps but it's enough for smooth gameplay

what Sai said, the games do not require that much to run, most potato pcs can run it at 60+fps 1080p
but bcs you want 200+ fps (wich is already going to be difficult at your budget) at 1440p its near impossible
from 1080 to 1440 you are adding 80% more pixels wich means you lose about 25% of your fps in high end cards

I believe a 9060xt or a 5060ti can work, 5060ti would push more performance in these games though
R5 7500f can work as well and put you onto am5
