before driver reinstall it was BSODing when launching genshin
after a reinstall it doesn’t show in device manager
after reinstall the computer completely crashed after a few mins without any BSODs

I'm not sure what the program is, most people use DDU. Did they go into safe mode to uninstall the graphics drivers?
