I just finished my first pc, and I am trying to play some games. But for some reason my GPU is not appearing for use. I have an AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT, I have installed the proper drivers too, however it isn't working. Would love any sort of help, I am super tired of things not working. I have no idea if it is hardware or software issue.

Not appearing where exactly?...
In my AMD driver selection, it only has the CPU and APU(not exactly sure what that is) my graphics card doesn’t even appear as a hardware&driver I can use
sorry if I am not making much sense, I am new to PC stuff and am not nearly smart enough to be a tech guy. I didn't expect so many issues
Open device manager...show display adapter section..
Then its detected...
When I click on it it tells me that there was an issue with the drivers, so I updated/re installed them and now my GPU is working but now my screen is red. it is just one damn problem after another
But my problem I asked about is fixed so thanks for your help
get DDU
Normally you just go into device manager and right click the device. It is probably disabled and you have to select enable
uninstall display drivers and then get the AMD drivesr from there site
Windows seems to dislike the latest AMD driver and does this. Happened to me when I installed the latest driver
Yeah I enabled it and that’s when it said I needed new drivers, so I got the drivers. When the drivers updated so did the windows graphics settings, it turned on the nightlight with max opacity so I thought I screwed everything up again
