They are based on the parts but one has a ups factored in.

I am not an expert, but I would say you should get these parts instead, and i didn't touch the keyboard or mouse because i assume it's what you want

#

you can go for the 9600x if you want its a bit more and you get a 5% fps increase roughly

#

this will get you decent fps for gaming and you have enough storage for whatever you want. This doesn't have the best storage you can get, but you don't really need it because that's only really used for video editing and other stuff and if that's what your doing I'd get the 9900x and id like a 9070xt instead and also use the T500 by Crucial or the T705 by crucial which is used for storage and id get the MSI X670E GAMING PLUS WIFI Motherboard

With a ups i would believe the one you're looking at is 520W. The problem is the pc ive recommended is looking at 400W roughly now that seems fine but at times the total wattage used can spike up to like 600w in this case and if 600W are being used by the pc it can cause the ups to immediately shut down and that would turn your pc off as the ups probably thinks like a power surge is happening and is tripping and shutting off to protect the pc so you need to get a higher wattage ups so that while your gaming the pc doesn't randomly turn off i would recommend like a 650w+ minimum but trying to get a budget one of those is grim and i presume you live in the uk because of where you were looking on getting stuff and power surges aren't likely they can happen because ive experienced them before but for gaming i don't think you'd probably need a UPS unless again you doing video editing then id the extra mile and get a good ups and the other parts as well since it seems like you have the budget for it

#

If you don't care about the noise of the PC, I'd go for these fans because they're cheap and cool the pc well, but they are loud

#

if you do care about noise, I'd go for the Noctua fans or the be quiet ones

#

Also, the aio isn't the quietest thing while gaming; it can get to like 50 dB, which isn't necessarily loud, but if you're noise-conscious, there are probably quieter alternatives. But the aio I've chosen is probably one of the best performers, same with the thermal paste, that stuff lasts like 5 years before you need to redo it

#

i would get windows on here for cheaper

Well you need an electrician

#

Not a UPS

#

If you’re renting then it’s a legal requirement as of 2 years ago.

If you own your home, good luck with the fire
