Ok I should give a more clear answer, I'd you have any recycling centers around you they tend to have a e-waste bin and I believe some electronic stores should also allow you to throw away e-waste, like in Norway a lot of tech stores have a e-waste bin in the back of the building on the outside or just recycling centers everywhere so it's not too hard.
