Every time i run an all core all thread load on my 5950x, the clocks drop to 546 MHz. X570 Board, 850 W PSU. Temps never get past 65, the AIO Is good and working, 360 mm rad 6 fans. Yes I know its inefficient, no i don't care. Had this problem ever since I upgraded from a 3700x. no problems with anything like this before switching the cpu. Bios and all drivers are up to date, I did a clean windows install as well. bios is 100% stock except fan curves and XMP. ive had this issue for 6 months now without being able to solve it, have heard it could be due to bugged bios or drivers, at this point i have no idea. please help

temps?
below 60 always
clocks drop immediatly after starting the load, no time to even heat up
send image of all the cpu sensers underload
why do i think PPT going be something sillty like 20000mW
?!?! that thats idle
WTF
my cpu dose not even draw that much under load
run a allcore load and resend image
VRM hates that
yea i thought for a while that it was my motherboard vrms dying
i thought that getting a crosshair viii dark hero with the goated vrms would fix it, but i havent bought one yet
try updating bios on your board
its latest update already
