Building/Buying A New PC

Hey guys!
I’m looking to get a new pc but I’m new to the whole pc scene and I don’t know many things. I want to build a pc with a budget of $3,000 USD, about $2,000 for the pc itself and $1,000 for the monitor and other accessories. The issue is I don’t know how to build a pc so that’s the roadblock in the path which leads me to want to buy a pre-built one but I know it’s not the best bang for your buck. I’m looking to build a pc strictly for gaming only, I don’t want to stream either.

What would be the major difference between pre-built and this one

prebuilt is cheaper obviously but really it's the part selection

andromeda doesn't state what ssd, ram, or psu specifically they use

would getting all the parts myself be a viable option compared to going with a prebuilt?

I would really like to go with that over a prebuilt
