i bet around 10.5V

there a few cells and many batter has more leads to read voltage/other things fomr each cell

usually can attach wires to the end of probes and then use wires to stab into plugs like that to read voltages but do need to be careful not to allow the probes or the wires you're sticking in to short

#

some of them have exposed metal on one side where clip is used to hold the crimped wire into the housing but can't really tell from pic what type of plug it is
