#Display Flickering

hi, could anyone help me figure out whats wrong with this pc. Its been flickering like this for a second or two recently whenever im playing any games but it was very random and i was not able to replicate it. Yesterday when I opened my gmail in fullscreen like this it started doing it again consistently. The GPU is a RX7600XT connected to a AOC q32g2wg3 (2k, 165hz) monitor
here is a list of stuff i have already tried

  1. Reseating the RAM
  2. Switching out the display ports
  3. Changed my cable from a DP to HDMI
  4. Turned off AMD Freesync
  5. Factory resetting the monitor
  6. Uninstalled and Reinstalled GPU Drivers
  7. Updated Windows to the latest version

Can you try connecting another PC and see if it does it as well?

i connected it to my mac and it works fine then

Without another GPU to test with in that PC, not a whole lot you can do. Does this occur at 60Hz too?
