earlier today my PC crashed 2 times while playing Persona 3 reload because of that i trouble shot my PC first i used Cinebench to look if its my GPU but no, then i used OCCT to test my CPU and after a few minutes it crashed. i think its overheating because at like 2 minutes it was at 90 degrees Celsius and i looked the max temperature is 95 degrees so do i have to buy a new cooler i currently have the endorfy spartan 5 max argb, maybe i will get the ENDORFY Navis F240 ARGB 240mm, or do i even need an AIO i don't know. it could be bad airflow because the front of the cause is solid and doesn't have any holes Maybe i can mod the front (i really don't want to buy a new case or cooler after i spent 400€ for new parts) so can you help me?

What CPU?
you do not need a AIO , a good cooler can also work, not knowing your CPU , it can mean a few things. like the cooler making poor contact. The cooler is not sufficient for the CPU.
Would an AIO help with this? Most likely not , if you want to have a low maintenance pc. Its better to have a good cooler, which is easier to replace.
Knowing which Processor would help me tell you what cooler would be sufficient.
Also you could remove the front and see if the temps drop? if it don't you know its not the front preventing airflow but more like cooler not being sufficient.
Ryzen 5 7500f
i also ordered some mesh from amazon that i will replace with the solid front panel
