New Pc Build budget between 2500 euro / 3000 euro

This pc will replace my old pc.

I just want to go from mid tier gaming to high tier gaming, and that the pc will last for a while.
I know some parts are maybe overkill or not needed but this is the first time i really want to go all out.
That don't mean i am not open for suggestion or chance.

The only thing i am not Shure is the motherboard because i looked ad pc part picker and it said this.

Note: When the motherboard M.2 slot M2_2 (M) is used, expansion slot PCIE_1 (x16) will run in x8 mode.

Do that really mater or is there a better motherboard that don't get this problem.

1440p and want cyberpunk ad max around 60 fps if possible.

Tf you spending $170 on a box to put your pc in and $330 on an overpriced aio

Want an aio? Liquid freezer 3 for price to performance. As for a box to put your pc in?

Am5 choice of cpu for gamers is 7500f/7600x or 7800x3d/9800x3d. buying any other gpu isn’t worth price to performance for a gamer
