My Internet just became awful all of a sudden

So about 15-20 days ago my internet just started spiking for no reason

Ive already updated to the latest nvidia drivers, updated my bios, and updated windows im not sure what else to do can anyone help?

Also, not that I think this has anything to do with internet issues, but the latest nvidia drivers are shit

its hard to get a clip of it but while im playing games everything will be normal and then all of a sudden everything will freeze for like 1-3 seconds then itll go back to normal

and my ping goes from 50-100 average to 1-5k then it goes back down

have you checked with another device to see if issues are persistent across devices on the network?

Have you checked for updated driver's on your motherboards manufacturer website

Not that I think that's the cause...but easy first thing to check

So i thought the problem was solved but im still having the same problem my internet speeds are normal but when play any game im lagging, sometimes rubberbanding and i average atleast 100-500+ ping i got a new ethernet cable and that didnt help ive updated to the latest bios and drivers
