If have some motherboard software on windows it could have adjusted settings but otherwise not sure why that would just change on it's own out of the blue.
Guess if the BIOS change isn't related it could also be a change in temps, would check to see if CPU is overheating and ramping down clock speeds to deal , but assuming isn't cooking hot would probably try the BIOS adjustment

Thanks did this work. My motherboard displayed things differently so idk if i disabled the right things. Also weird that it randomly happend. Thanks for the help :)
