Had an issue with my PC not posting at all yesterday, tried everything but it still didn't post.
Today I was reseating the cpu one more time with the PSU off, then when I turn on the PSU switch, it had a quick explosion, no smoke or fire.
The PSU was a generic PSU I've had for like 7 years, so it's amazing it kept up till today.
Worried if any of the components are damaged tho, those components are:
1TB SSD
Intel core i3 7100 cpu
GTX 750ti gpu
one 8gb ram stick
An Asus Mobo
Gonna see if I can get a repair shop to test em' and see if they're damaged. But jst how likely are these to get damaged from an explosion of that caliber?
#PSU blew up, worried abt if other components got damaged

You can check for burn marks on the components (doesn't need fire for that). Other than that you will have to try if they work with a new psu
ngl looking at the parts the repair shop might charge more then what the pc is worth
what psu is it
it was a generic gray box PSU, that's why I'm worried abt it damaging
