The things you should definitely buy at microcenter is the motherboard, CPU and ram (they come in a bundle). The bundle prices are unbeatable unless you buy used or at heavy discounts elsewhere. The other stuff it depends and I would look at the prices of your local microcenter and online.
But generally microcenter has amazing deals on a lot of things and I would highly recommend you at least stop by and look.
