Making KDE Plasma run faster on Arch Linux ((VirtualBox))

Is there any way I can make KDE Plasma run faster?? My cursor is moving quite slow..

I have Vbox guest additions installed

VirtualBox in general is INCREDIBLY slow. In general, it is recommended running a lighter weight desktop (like Xfce, lxqt, or a Window Manager) when running in a VM. You can make Plasma faster by installing some drivers and in general just stripping it down. Plasma also happens to be the most resource intensive desktop, so I would strongly recommend using something else.
