Basically i've gotten this laptop a few years ago from my grandma, it had windows 7, windows 7 kept on getting stuck, so i tried to clean the ssd, now nothing works, some people said its a Kernel issue some said its a capacitor or something like that, can anyone help me make this laptop work again?, i'd cry if i'd see it work atleast the last time. i've been trying to fix it for over 3 years now.

As far as we could tell, it wouldn’t allow us to install Windows because its security was set that way.
Although we got slightly further at least.
