I entered Windows recovery mode and chose load from local to try and reload Windows but it's now stuck on a black screen with the five spinning White circles from Windows. Every time I try and turn the computer off and on a few times to get back into recovery mode it won't it will just go back to the Loading windows screen.

I just bought this PC not long ago a few years but the person I bought it from is a programmer for Amazon
How do you know it's a dying Drive
Is it just Windows corrupted
bc thats a very common thing a dying drive does
iv had it happen quite often with older drives
thats old enough for a drive to die
a drive can die brand new
all a luck of the draw
some will last a very long time
How much are new drives
Is the drive the SSD
is it nvme?
I'll send you a picture one sec
If it's not the drive what else could it be that I could fix
There's no other reason Windows would do this
its not windows
Windows boot loop, where the computer repeatedly restarts without fully loading the operating system, can be caused by a variety of factors, including corrupted system files, incompatible hardware, malware, or issues with the boot manager. Sometimes, a failed Windows update or changes to system firmware settings can also trigger a boot loop.
Operating system corruption honestly
Is what I think
Do you know how to upload a new OS
yes but there are videos on how to do it
when you do it download a drive health software
What's a good download for that?
welp get an ssd
