Probably corrupted drivers or Windows install,try using DDU, also run "sfc /scannow" and DISM (can't remember all the flags, look it up online) inside the admin console/terminal

i did the ddu thing and its not happening anymore so that mightve done the trick

Run the sfc thing and DISM as a precautions as well
