I have no problem going slower but all I thought I’d have to do is change the speed in the bios as, correct me if I’m wrong, it automatically uses a slower speed on its first start

6400 can work but not always so it’s a slight risk and returning of kits to find one that works if it don’t

6800 is also more expensive for no reason

6000 is guaranteed to work. 6400 should work. 6800 won’t from what I can see

i like to get the max i can get but stay on the side of caution for stability/reliability

6400 can normally be changed to 6000 so it’s not the biggest gamble and easy to replace if don’t so max stable is 6400

yeah the pc market changes a lot in a year so this list will become outdated fairly quickly

once i get to the point of buying parts, i'll revisit it and do research again at that point to look for new technology or better prices
