Zip the copied folder and attach it to a post. Please follow the instructions to the letter as Windows doesn't like you messing with files in this location.

What is the BSOD error codes(s)? No dump file makes storage the main suspect, but there are other things and some settings that could prevent dump file creation. Having the error codes would usually give a clue where to start looking.
