Can't change the RGB colors of my GPU

I recently bought a Galax 5070 Ti White GPU. I downloaded its software called ''XTREME Tuner Plus'' which is meant to change RGB colors of the fans. But i cant seem to get it to work. Does anyone know other softwares or should i keep trying? Even though i change colors in mobile app it wont reflect to the actual GPU fans. Thanks in advance.

Does your card have a small port on the front. possinly near the corner?

Should look something like this

If so - look for a cable that matches the port layout in your GPU box, possibly labeleld as ARGB

Oh and also, do you know which motherboard you have?

i dont remember any cable like that in my GPU box and cant search for it rn since im at school. i'll look for it once i get home i'll update

Download and run, you can also most likely, get rid of any other rgb software as this program can control it all

fyi there are RGB lights on my GPU. the thing is i cant change the colours. there are already rgb cycling through random colors

Yeah, it does say there should be a port for an ARGB cable, it may even be at the back kinda out of view. Unfortunately the guide on the website for your specific GPU is an old one for a different model. May be worth removing the GPU and doing a look for the port just to make sure

is there a thing like the new gpus not getting rgb updates at day1?
