Seems pretty solid for $390. Only one stick of RAM vs two can actually decrease the speed of your RAM, but I don’t think it would matter much for gaming.

You could buy another 16GB stick (same brand and model) to make it 32GB total. Price depends on what model of ram is already in the motherboard.
