Some websites are displayed in purple when Mica is turned on in Firefox, how can I fix this issue?

I would simply call that a FF bug. Just turn off Mica and try using it again in a few weeks. You can also report the bug (with as much detail as possible) to the FF dev team here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/home
