Fixing boot issue: need help

Trying to fix my sister's PC that I built for her a few years back. Need help:
Cpu ryzen 3200G
Gpu rtx 3050
Mobo tuf b450pro
Ram 8x2 tforce tuf edition
PSU mag a650gf
Nvme for boot
2 HDD

Tried the following yet still no boot:
Turning on the power
Plugging into the wall, not extension
Changed mobo battery
Hot wiring
Grounded hot wiring
Pressing the power button
Taking the GPU out
Putting the GPU back in
Swapping ram location
Booting with 1 ram
Grounding the power button pins

Need help

So how exactly not booting is it? Get any error message on the board? I will have to look up the board rq to confirm what features it got, so I can guide you a bit better. Fans are spinning?

Okay, so just confirmed, this board has Q-LED (which will show you where in the POST cycle it fails. Can you tell me which LED is lit?
