Lian li Punp and LCD works but fans don’t spin.. need help

I tried almost everything, the headers aren’t faulty, everything but the fans spin.

Motherboard is: x870 aorus elite

How are the fans to be connected according to manual?

Fans are connected to the included hub

And that is connected how? Via Fan cable?

everything connected where they should, I even tested the header for the cpu fan with my case fans and they work

Okay, do you have a multimeter?

Are these the fancy fans with just one connector

A multimeter would still be ahndy to test the one connector at the bottom and see if maybe the cable is broken

The box came with this spare wire (as stated in the manual) I plugged it into the pump and the fans spun for a couple seconds then stopped, no RGB still
