#GPU underperforms with its display ports

Ya being farmed son
Well, im assuming you just unhooked the displayport cables, and hooked them into the mobo. You need to actually disconnect and unhook the gpu to find out for sure.
I did I even stated in the post
Nothing was connected to the gpu
Yet I was still getting GPU performance and my igpu wasn't being used it also performed notably better in cyberpunk and latency was greatly improved
It should be the opposite
You did not, as you are explaining there nothing to be connected to the GPU. You need to either disable it in BIOS or physically unplug it (the GPU, like take it out the system)
Like Jani said above, and I said earlier, the gpu needs to physically be out. Some motherboards still deliver power to the pcie slot the gpu is taking up, which is why you could still be seeing... some activity. Only way to eliminate that is to actually take it out of the pc. It's one of the easiest and most durable parts of a computer. Just hit the tab / flip, and unscrew it from the case and pull out the card. Millions of tutorials online so you can see how easy it is.
@earnest flume
Already took it out earlier I will just be shelving the 3080ti and getting the 9070 xt
Could use it for rtx hdr and nvidia broadcast
Why the 9070xt when you could almost buy a 7900xtx?
XTX is no longer available at microcenter, 9070 xt is close to the 7900 xtx and $400 cheaper
also just built my new pc
I had used the 3080ti for a temporary gpu but seems to be underperforming in some games
some games it matches other benchmarks
I can't really sell the 3080ti because of its issues
