Unfortunately the 40 series of Nvidia gpus are coming off the market, I would wait for the new AMD gpus and revisit this list then if you don't need something today
The 50 series of Nvidia gpus are a s*** show
You could probably cut spending on your case and cooler a little bit if it gets you a better GPU
