My sister has an intel i9 99k and rtx 2080 and 16 gigs of ram. Her PC when she isn't using it will blue screen randomly and reboot itself every 15-30 minutes. Does anyone have a clue what it could be?

The code it gives on the blue screen is SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

It could be a hardware issue. reaseating the ram and ensuring the components are correctly connected might help ?

did you make this pc or did you buy it prebuilt ?

You should make sure that all of your drivers are also up to date especially the motherboard and graphics card. you can check the manufacturer's website if they have the latest drivers
