#CPU stuck at base speeds instead of going to boost speeds.

Hi, I made a pretty big mistake while I was configuring BIOS settings.

I was doing an overclock and set it from 100Mhz to 200Mhz positive. However, it only posts a black screen. So, I reset the BIOS by taking out the CMOS battery. However, when I configure everything back up again, my computer is literally hard limiting itself at the max speed of 3.8 GHz instead of 5.5 GHz like the advertised turbo speeds. I’m not sure what to do to fix it besides trying to configure PBO again to no avail. What should I do?

Any help is appreciated and I’m really sorry :c

My Specs:

Ryzen 7 9700x

H150i LCD ICUE LINK

B650 AORUS ELITE AX rev 1.2

Corsair RGB RAM 6400MHz CL36

RTX 3060 VENTUS OC 3x
