I want to change the resolution because the 4k is making my pc slow. But I can’t clock on the resolution to change it. It won’t let me

Try downloading this driver and install it if you can
In addition it's worth to try and reset the display settings manually
Open the CMD and type the below:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Then run the below:
sfc /scannow
and restart after these commands
with a bit of luck and pray it may work
