#Yellow light on AM5 system MOB

I'm having trouble getting my first PC build to boot. I'm seeing a yellow light on the motherboard and a white VGA light. Since I don't have a GPU installed yet, I assume the VGA light is related to that.

I've already tried waiting for a couple of hours, but the issue persists.
Here are my system specs:
Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B650M-E WIFI
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9900x
RAM: XPG Lancer Blade DDR5 6400 2x16
SSD: WD Black SSD SN850X Gaming NVMe 2TB M.2

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? I've checked all connections, but I'm not sure what else to do.

i got it to post now after removing cmos battery

Now the boot screen says this: "New CPU installed , fTPM/PSP Corrupted or fTPM/PSP structure changed"

Should I press Y to reset fTPM?
