guys my i9 12900k is running 1.3V+ on average on STOCK, is this an issue? also my cooler is the msi mag coreliquid 240mm aio. i heard this is absolute shit. i know i need a new one. do you think my cpu has been degraded as a result of this shit cooler?? (im in game rn)

you can set power limit to like 100W and that helps to calmp it down/it offen helps lower power draw in games with out much loesses
