to note:
i plan on getting the amd 9800 x3d instead of the 7800 (its out of stock so im using this as a place holder)

i know nvida 50 series and and the new radeon 9070 cards are releasing but i care more about rasterization performance (for comp fps) and there are no benchmarks on the the new amd graphics cards but i will also probably wait on official benchmarks from both and make my decision from there.

I would recommend
air cooler
The 2tb wd black has basically the same speeds as the 990 evo for less cost
Get a fully modular psu it will save so much headache
Get 6000 cl30 ram
