guys i need help asap like can't even post on support, imy friend has a Dell Poweredge T310 with 3 4TB Drives set on gpt. the raid controller died few days ago and then he replaced the card with another one resulting in the bios saying he is going to lose all his data, now he got scared and did not proceed which is good but after we got into raid utility, it says that the drives are unallocated, i am using ufs recovery tool any idea how to set the raid again and check whether the data is present or not?

What filesystem and what RAID level?
The bios? The Intel 3400 chipset also has an Intel RST RAID utility in the bios. If they opened that instead of the external RAID controller's utility and assigned drives to it, that would corrupt the old metadata (if it wasn't already corrupted by the dying RAID controller). Depending on the RAID type, forensic/data recovery utilties may still be able to recover the data. If it's RAID0, they're pretty fucked though. Start with the "Search undetected partitions by metadata" tool in UFS
