I've been playing a lot of Fortnite lately and my fps is stuck at around 120-140 even dropping to 90 sometimes on all low graphic settings and im unsure why. I'm using a RTX 3070ti and a Ryzen 7 9700x with 32gb of ram. I have zero idea on how to fix this.

Even 4k, it should run better then at low settings.

Sounds like you are having driver issues.

Fix 1. Open a elevated command prompt and run sfc /scannow solution

Fix 2. Dism /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup Solution

Fix 3. Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth Soultion

Fix 4. Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth Solution

Fortnite is heavy on CPU usage and not well optimized. I’d recommend using an optimizer. A free one I've been using is https://raphirex.com/

i used it and tested it out back in game and got up to 180-200 fps on the same settings as before
