you'll have to find the old driver causing the issue. does it tell you anything more if you click learn more?
a suggestion i have is try download autoruns and sorting the drivers by date and remove anything that is old and not used anymore. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/autoruns
What version of Windows is your PC currently running? What does clicking the "Learn More" link tell you?
