Tried ram, resetting cmos. Nothing. Anyone got a clue why it’s not booting? Cpu is Ryzen 5 7600X

Gpu was plugged on the mobo I took it off to reset the cmos and took a pic like that

Gonna let it train for a little

On every power up shows dram and cpu light, then pump goes to 100% speed and boot light comes up only.

I’ve got an M2 in there brand new, no windows yet. Should I try removing it?
