Anybody know a way to search for a word in the filename inside a folder that doesn't start with it? For example, I've sorted file names as such AnatomyEar(filename).png plus AnatomyHeadEar(Filename).png and I try to search Ear in File Explorer's search, it doesn't come up because it doesn't start with it. I've been told about Everything tool but they weren't good for what I wanted. linuth
Windows 11 btw

if you put a * in your search term that can be equal to anything
so if you search for *ear it's going to find files that have something before ear

I've tried looking for the solution for awhile but nothing came up with my search. Thank you salute

#

Would the * after expand the search too?

whereever you put a * anything can go

anatomy* also works

or you can use multiple stars

Thank you! I've saved so many art tutorial/guides with keywords and alot of it overlaps under Anatomy and something after it 😭
